Our SNR series water well drilling rig mounted on truck or trailer uses air circulation, mud or foam system, equipped with rotary tri-cone and down the hole hammer. Basic Information:
Full hydraulic multi-functional water well drill rig, the mainly drilling method is muddy wheel rotary driling, and DTH Hammer Drill is an auxiliary, can meet the drilling requirements of different geological conditions driling and other vertical holes. It is widely used in engineering construction for drilling wells,monitoring wells and ground-source heat pump air-conditioner, and also applied in hole blasting, bolting and anchor cable, etc.
The rig can be based on the needs of users, to provide truck-based,trailer-style, crawler three different forms. The drilling machine is powered by a diesel engine, and the rotary power head is composed of a low-speed and high-torque motor and a gear reducer, which is used to advance the motor chain mechanism. Rotary and propulsion are hydraulic pilot control to achieve stepless speed regulation, push forward used two-speed adjustment. Drilling machine unloading rod, drilling vehicle leveling, hoisting and other auxiliary actions are controlled by the hydraulic, rig layout reasonable, easy to operate and maintenance, Is the ideal drilling equipment.
Main features and advantages:
1. Hydraulic rotary head and break in-out clamp device, advanced motor- chain feeding system, and hydraulic winch are reasonable matched.
2. The rig can be either crawler, trailer or truck mounted.
3. This rig can be used by two drilling method in set covering layer and stratum soil condition.
4. Hydraulic system is equipped with separate air-cooled hydraulic oil cooler , also can install water cooler as client's optional in order to ensure hydraulic system work continuously and efficiently under the high temperature weather conditions in different regions.
5. Conveniently equipped with air compressor and DTH hammer, it can be used to drill the hole in rock soil condition by air drilling method.
6. Four hydraulic support jacks can level rapidly undercarriage to ensure the drilling accuracy. The support jack extension as optional can be easy to make the rig load and unload on truck as Self-loading by itself, which save more transportation cost.
7. Traveling to tracked self-propelled structure, optional 6*6 or 8*4 heavy truck to car type well driling.
8. Set covering layer, stratum two kinds of method in one construction dril.

6 months from shipment.Warranty covers main parts and components.The warranty does not cover consumable and wearing parts as:oils,fuels,gaskets,lamps,ropes,fuses and drilling tools.By our engineer at your jobsite for max 7 days as required.Who will erect and commission the equipment together with your staff and train your staff in the operation and maintenance of the equipment Vise permits, accommodation and transport are to be provided by you.
